"I've been using LexService for the last 3 years after getting tired of the high costs the Lexus dealer was charging for services. I found them on Yelp and after reading through some of the reviews decided to give them a shot and am incredibly happy I did. I just sold my 2007 Lexus RX 400h to my parents and when they took it to their shop in WI to get new spark plugs the Lexus dealer said "this car was really taken care of well" which is a testament to the quality of work done here.

I've had the brakes, shocks and radiator fixed here and in all cases, they took me out and showed me why they needed to be replaced. They also did the 120K service and was much cheaper than the Lexus dealer which was great. They never tried to upsell me and felt they were upfront and honest on what needed to be done and what could wait to be done.

"On the Friday heading into the Father's Day weekend my alternator started acting strange, it was on the verge of dying. I set a course for the LexService shop after work, unfortunately, my car died before making it.  

I called the shop at the end of the day and told them about my situation; Steve the owner (after shop hours) drove to me and put a fresh battery in my car, and helped get me to the shop. Knowing it was Father's Day weekend Steve had the mechanics get my car done the next day, Saturday.  

Being a busy weekend, I could not get to the shop until a short time after noon, which is when they close on Saturday. What did Paul, who runs the front end of the shop say? 'I'll stay for you, assuming it's not too long don't worry about it.'
 
Between Steve & Paul I received service akin to that of a family member, which might be because I'm part of the LexService family. For me, my cars, and my money, this is as good as it gets. Thanks to all my brothers at LexService."
